SAZO provides a discreet means of alerting Solo Alert’s 24 hour manned monitoring centre to your situation.  Whether injured, or facing physical or verbal abuse, the monitoring centre will be able to listen to, and record, what occurs during the incident, to ensure proportionate and immediate action.  Recordings are admissible as evidence in court or may be used to support changes in working practices.

Based around the SAZO family of lone worker protection devices, Solo Alert is an all inclusive managed service comprising an SAZO, 24/7 manned monitoring, mobile network connection and airtime*, full user training and support package.
Solo Alert ensures that lone workers can call upon the backup they need, where and when they need it.

In the event of an incident a predefined set of escalation tasks will be followed by qualified personnel in the monitoring centre. This will include escalation to the Police if the incident warrants such a response and/or notification of the incident through to appropriate members of staff in your organization.
